Autoclaves and CV-Pipes from

Autoclaves
Autoclaves are used in the rubber industry for the intermittent vulcanisation of manifolds or rubber linings under pressure and absence of oxygen. According to their application the autoclaves can be of a standing or lying design. Steam autoclaves are the most commonly used, the choice of hot-air autoclaves, however, is available for special applications.

CV-Pipes
CV-pipes are used in the cable industry for the cross-linking of rubber or plastic cables. Small cable diameters for low voltages are produced on inclined system. In the medium and high voltage ranges catenaries are used. High and extra-high voltage cables are produced on catenary or trunk systems. Depending on their application CV-pipes cane be operated by steam, gas/water or gas/gas.

Cooling Ducts and Blow-Off Devicesfrom Grote GmbH

GROTE GmbH

Cooling Ducts
Cooling ducts are used in profile and cable extrusion to cool the extruded hot product down to ambient temperature. According to each individual case, either submersion cooling or spray cooling is used. In order to save costs, cooling water is circulated. In order to maintain a constant temperature either fresh water is added or the energy is removed from the cooling water using heat exchangers.

Blow-Off Devices
Efficient blow-off devices using side-wall fans ensure that the surface of the products is dry. Special, adjustable jet elements enable the blowing-off of moisture in even the most difficult undercuts. The dry product can be subsequently further processed in-line.
